Our signature style of relaxed, welcoming interiors is created by our experienced team of interior stylists allowing us to turn each property into a warm and inviting home ready for a successful sales campaign on behalf of home owners, developers and real estate agents.
As a team, we specifically select furniture pieces from our privately owned inventory to compliment your property. We focus on relaxed coastal style interiors that are perfectly suited to the Gold Coast property market, however we can create any look to suit the style of your home and your target market.
Owning all of our own furniture gives us the ability to have full quality and design control over our stock, which is constantly updated and refreshed to ensure that we only use and provide the best possible pieces for our clients.
Our packages are designed to suit all properties, large and small, with the added bonus that all of our furniture and homewares are available for sale from our Burleigh Heads showroom upon completion of your hire period. Alternatively, if a buyer is interested in the entire furniture package featured in your home, we can provide an attractive package deal and leave everything in place, offering a turn key option for the new owners.
HOW IT WORKS
One of our senior stylists will visit your home for a complimentary consultation.
We provide you with a detailed & itemised quote including any recommendations we have within 24hrs of our visit.
Once you have approved our quote, we set a date for installation and allocate furniture to your booking.
On installation day, our team of professional stylists, removalists and art installers will arrive and transform your property.
There are 3 packages available to suit all budgets:
Package 1 – The Style Report - $500 plus GST
Suitable for clients who don’t want to fully style their home for sale, however just needs some tips on how to best present their home to the market. One of our stylists will attend your home and after consultation with you, we’ll provide a detailed report with our recommendations and suggestions on small changes that will improve the overall presentation of your property using your existing furniture and accessories.

Package 2 – The Pre-SALE MAKEOVER - ENQUIRE FOR DETAILS
You’re ready to sell your home, but there’s still a few minor jobs that need to be completed before it’s ready for the market. Perhaps a wall needs painting, carpet needs replacing, or something as simple as having the gardens mulched – but you don’t know where to start and you don’t have the time due to work and family commitments!
After our initial consultation, you’ll be provided with a detailed report on what needs to be done to present your home for sale. Our stylists can help you with colour choices, material selections and experienced styling advice. We’ll work with our team of professional tradesmen and suppliers to ensure all of those niggly jobs are completed on time and within budget – co-ordinating and managing the entire process on your behalf.

Package 3 – Complete Style Package – ENQUIRE FOR DETAILS
Having your property fully staged for sale allows potential buyers to experience the lifestyle that your home offers. It evokes an emotional response and ensures that your home will stand out in a busy market place. Perfect for homes that have little or no furniture and require the experience of our professional styling team to create a fresh new look and the ultimate buyer experience.

We will work closely with your agent to promote your Open Home times and feature beautiful images of your home using editorial style images. Our Instagram video stories receive literally thousands of views as we take viewers on a personal tour of your home, giving your property even more exposure than just the traditional media outlets.
