Bungalow Home is a boutique Property Styling and Interiors studio located on the Gold Coast in Queensland. Inspired by our beautiful coastal surrounds, we create interiors that are warm and welcoming, yet refined with a relaxed feel. Whether you are styling your home to sell, or need help to create your dream forever home, our team will work with you to bring your vision to life. With previous experience as a real estate agent and several of her own personal home renovations under her belt, owner Tracey Craig has always had a passion for interiors.
“The most thrilling part for me has always been seeing the transformation of a space that has potential, into something that has absolute wow factor! Back when I was selling real estate, property styling wasn’t a thing. Owners just put their home on the market and hoped for the best, but I always wondered how much faster and easier a home would sell if it was presented beautifully with quality furniture, art and accessories. So I renovated and styled many of my own homes and satisfied my passion for interiors that way. Fifteen years later, the real estate market is much different and staging a home is almost essential to attract savvy buyers, so here we are, styling homes for owners that want to stand out in a busy marketplace.”
On the flip side, we don’t just style properties for sale. “Some people have already found their dream home and just need some help to create a space that reflects, them, their family and their lifestyle. After several of my own renovations, I realized what I liked most about transforming spaces, was the ability to tell my story about who I was through my home. Everyone has a story to tell and their home should reflect that.”
We have now expanded our team to include some very talented stylists and designers to assist owners in bringing their vision to life. From colour and material selections to furniture sourcing and project management, the team at Bungalow Home can help you create your own private sanctuary.
